Our Homes In addition to hardwood floors, we also
build a few homes a year. Currently we
are building in the Pueblo de Farmington Subdivision, at
6008 6008
This southwestern
styled two-story is approximately 2,400 square feet. It features a formal living and dining room
with 18 foot ceilings, a family room with a fireplace off the large kitchen
and casual dining area. The entire
lower level of the home will be maple hardwood flooring. The kitchen will feature custom cabinetry,
granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator not
included). Upstairs you will
find the landing overlooking the expansive dining room and living room areas. The large master bedroom has its own balcony,
the bath features a shower, large jetted tub and his and hers vanities. The laundry is conveniently located
upstairs and includes a utility sink.
The Bonus Room upstairs could be a Media Room, Workout Room, Billiard
Room or additional Family Room, or it could serve as a large 4th Bedroom. |
